CSIR has invites application for the post of Section Officer and Assistant Section Officer for Section Officer – 76 and post Assistant Sections Officer – 368 Posts.
Post Details-
Section Officer – Group B (Gazetted) – Pay Level – 8, Cell – 1 (Rs. 47,600 –Rs. 1,51,100)
Assistant Section Officer – Group B (Non-Gazetted) – Pay Level – 7, Cell – 1 (Rs. 44,900 –1,42,400)
Education Qualification-
Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification.
Age Limit-
Candidate’s age should not be exceeded 33 years.
Age Relaxation as per govt norms.
Selection Procedure-
Paper I – General Awareness and English Language and Comprehension – 150 Marks
Paper II – General Intelligence, Reasoning and Mental Ability – 200 Marks
Paper III – English/Hindi – Descriptive Paper – 150 Marks
Interview – Interview carrying 100 marks for the post of Section Officer.
